The company supplies high-quality products, from hoods and walls to HSB shell houses and complete upper floors.With the acquisition of Notebomer Houtconstructie Vadeko strengthens its position in the market for wooden prefab elements and Notebomer Houtconstructie has a partner to achieve future growth. The acquisition will increase Vadeko’s production capacity by an additional approximately 60,000 m2 of HSB products on an annual basis. In the new size, the group has more than 125 employees with an annual turnover of more than € 20 million. Due to further automation and expansion, the total production capacity will grow from approximately 250,000 m2 of elements to more than 300,000 m2 in the coming years.
