Cruise Travel is one of the largest providers of cruise holidays in the Netherlands. The family business was founded in 1996 and acquired by The Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWB) in 2011, with the aim of introducing members of ANWB to cruise holidays. ANWB will continue to offer cruises through ANWB Member Travel, but no longer through its own tour operator. The Dutch MidCap Alliance Member Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised ANWB on the sale.
