Rembrandt M&A advised the shareholders of Bies, the supplier of CNC turned and milled components, in the sale to the Dutch investment company Verenigd Ondernemers Fonds.
Bies is one of the largest suppliers of (CNC) turning and milling work in the Netherlands and supplies many different, high-quality components and assembled parts for various industries. Bies runs three modern, largely automated production facilities in the northern part of the Netherlands. Verenigd Ondernemers Fonds is a Dutch investment company focused on SMEs in the manufacturing industry. They invest with a long-term vision and have a network of over 40 successful Dutch entrepreneurs.
