Rembrandt M&A advised the shareholders of Alukwa, the leading producers of automatic doors for superyachts, in the sale to Intersaction and its subsidiary De Vor.
Alukwa is one of the world’s leading companies when it comes to the design, production and installation of automated doors for super yachts. De Vor Metaal specialises in the production of ship doors and hatches and has been supplying to superyacht shipyards for 25 years.
Now, De Vor Metaal and Alukwa are joining forces when it comes to delivering a comprehensive array of customer-specific superyacht solutions. This partnership has been made possible through an investment from Dutch private equity firm Intersaction.
