Meridian IT is based in Bodegraven (NL) and High Wycombe (UK).
Serac acquired 100% of the shares in Meridian IT B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction. Meridian will join Serac, and together with Xperi and Asecom the companies form an important partner for mid-market companies in the Benelux. The combination is a full-service service provider for all SAP product suites including Business One, Business ByDesign and S/4HANA. The group employs over 200 SAP experts and has locations in De Meern, Boxtel, Rijssen and Breda.
