Mecal’s High-Tech division is active in engineering for among others the semiconductor industry. Clients of the company are for instance ASML, Intel and Samsung. Together with the CEO of Mecal, VADO, the Dutch family PE fund acquired 100% of the shares in Mecal’s High-Tech division.
