Banat is a personal care products manufacturer in Turkey and one of the leading domestic companies for oral care products. The shareholders of Banat sold their 100% shareholding to Özkök family. Özkök family has shareholdings in Midas Hediyelik Eşya San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Midas”) and O2 Girişim ve Yatırım A.Ş. (“O2 Yatırım”). Midas mainly processes valuable metals and concentrates on export markets, especially the US. O2 Yatırım is engaged in the real estate and commercial investments of Özkök family.
