PNR Italia is a leader in the production of spray nozzles, tank washing heads, twin fluid atomizers, accessories, and fittings. These products are used in the metal industry for cooling, descaling, heat treatment and dust suppression, in the Pulp and Paper industry for mixture preparation, forming and press processes, in the chemical industry for washing systems, chemical compound injection, flue gas treatment, gas cooling, mixing of liquids, etc. and for general industrial applications such as in the food and beverage industry and for use in firefighting equipment. Main markets of the Spraylab Group are Western and Northern Europe, certain Eastern European countries, and the US.
As a succession solution, the shareholder, chairman and CEO of the Spraylab Group decided to sell selected group companies generating the bulk of the groups revenues to Tecomec S.r.L. The companies sold include PNR Italia S.r.L. and four distribution companies covering European and the US markets for an enterprise value of EUR 15m. The Spraylab SA distribution companies include PNR Americas LLC, Spraylab Northern Europe AB, Spraylab EE Sp.Z.o.o. and Spraylab Western Europe GmbH.
Raiffeisen advised Spraylab SA in the sale of PNR Italia S.r.L. and selected distribution companies to Tecomec S.r.L, a company of EMAK S.p.A.
