The Company has an established distribution network comprising of over 2,800 authorised dealers and distributors and 30 warehouses as at December 31, 2018.Edelweiss Financial has successfully closed INR 4,756 million (~US$ 70 mn) Initial Public Offering of IndiaMart Intermesh Limited (IndiaMart). Edelweiss acted as the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) for the issue which saw a blockbuster response from all categories of investors, and was over-subscribed over 36 times in aggregate.
