Founded in 1995 by D. Sesha Reddy and D. Sunil Reddy, the Company is a leading, integrated, consumer facing dairy player with operations across India and Africa. The Company currently procures over 900,000 litres per day of milk with a total installed milk handling capacity of ~18,00,000 litres across 12 plants with a distribution network comprising 3,000+ distributors across 9 states in India.Primary fund raise by Dodla Dairy from TPG Capital. TPG bought a stake in the Company from Proterra Investment Advisors (“Proterra”). It was the largest private equity transaction in the Indian dairy space in the last decade. MidCap Alliance Indian partner Edelweiss Financial Services advised the shareholders (individuals and financial sponsor) of Dodla Dairy (a leading, integrated, consumer facing dairy player), for its growth capital raise from TPG Capital.”
