HEGMANNS Group is a leading provider of innovative engineering services to the process industry. The company is headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany and operates further national and international offices. The family-owned business, founded in Erle by Hans-Dieter und Gerhard Hegmanns in 1969, provides engineering services for the chemical, petrochemical, environmental and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.
Envi Con is an engineering services provider with approx. 50 employees that is headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. The company offers engineering and consultancy services for power plants and industrial plants along the entire project life-cycle, with a focus on basic engineering.
Through the acquisition of Envi Con, HEGMANNS Group will expand its basic engineering capabilities and strengthen its competitive positioning in the field of power plant construction. After the acquisition of VTA from BP, this is already the 2nd transaction on which DZ BANK successfully advised HEGMANNS Group.
