Founded in 1986, the Bäckerei Moos Group operates today 65 bakery branches in Hesse (Germany), and is one of the leading bakery chains in its region. The company is headquartered in Aßlar and is being managed by the founder Hartmut Moos.
Bäckerei Moos Group employs more than 500 employees and runs an own state-of-the-art production facility. MidCap Alliance German partner DZ Bank AG advised the sole shareholder of Bäckerei Moos Group on the sale of a majority stake to Private Equity investor HANNOVER Finanz.
