Founded in 1991, Schendel & Pawlaczyk Group offers customized trade fair booth solutions to customers from numerous industry sectors. The Group is headquartered in Muenster, Germany and is being led by the managing directors Frank Schendel (one of the two founders) and Ralf Meyer. The Group employs about 50 people and runs an own state-of-the-art design and production facility. MidCap Alliance German partner DZ Bank AG advised the shareholders of Schendel & Pawlaczyk Group on the sale of a majority stake to Private Equity investor GENUI.
