Sinusverteiler GmbH is a Germany-based manufacturer of system components for heating and air conditioning. Winkelmann Group GmbH & Co. KG, the Germany-based company engaged in developing, manufacturing and supplying steel and aluminum products, has agreed to acquire Sinusverteiler GmbH (SINUS), the Germany-based manufacturer of system components for heating and air conditioning, for an undisclosed consideration.
SINUS’ technology, quality and strong brand recognition will further strengthen Winkelmann’s market position and help them seize new business opportunities within and outside Germany. The acquisition will enable Winkelmann more effectively to meet its customers’ demand for system solutions and projects. Post completion, SINUS will continue to function as an independent entity under the REFLEX Winkelmann Heating + Water business unit.
The transaction is subject to antitrust approval.
