Hagelschaden-Centrum Douteil is a Germany-based company engaged in paintless dent removal services for hail damaged motor vehicles. Rolf Douteil, the Germany-based founder and shareholder of Hagelschaden-Centrum Douteil, the Germany-based company engaged in the automotive industry services for damaged motor vehicles, has partnered with Constellation Capital AG, the Switzerland-based private equity firm, to arrange a succession solution, for an undisclosed consideration.
With this acquisition, Constellation will in close collaboration with the new management team of HSC Douteil and support its growth strategy. Beechbrook Capital provided Constellation with an unitranche loan to support the acquisition. Post acquisition, Christian Jaeger, and Ina Stalidzane, the long term executives of HSC Douteil will join the company’s management board and will also be rewarded equity participation in the company. Thus, assuming entrepreneurial responsibilities along with their managerial engagement.
