Binder International Warszawa Sp. z o.o. (Frozen food activities in Nasielsk) are the Poland-based frozen food activities of Binder International.P.P.H.U. Kampol, the Poland-based wholesaler of agri-food products, has agreed to acquire the frozen food activities in Nasielsk of Binder International Warszawa Sp. z o.o., the Poland-based company engaged in the production of frozen fruits and vegetables and a subsidiary of Binder International GmbH & Co. KG, the Germany-based importer and exporter of fresh, cooled, frozen fruits and vegetables, juices and concentrates, puree, honey, canned goods and agriculture products for wholesale dealers, distilleries and food store chains. It also transports, for an undisclosed consideration.
Previously in 1999, Binder International Warszawa Sp. z o.o. had acquired the frozen food activities in Nasielsk.
UPDATE 31 December 2014: P.P.H.U. Kampol has completed the acquisition of the frozen food activities of Binder International Warszawa Sp. z o.o.
