The Eisler family, a Germany-based family having interest in companies that manufactures and sells manual and CNC-controlled general-purpose milling machines, machining centres and supplementary automation solutions has acquired KUNZMANN Maschinenbau GmbH, a Germany-based company that manufactures and sells manual and CNC-controlled general-purpose milling machines, machining centres and supplementary automation solutions from Andreas Kachel and Gerd Siebler, the Germany-based private investors having interest in companies that manufactures and sells manual and CNC-controlled general-purpose milling machines, machining centres and supplementary automation solutions for an undisclosed consideration. Eisler family already owns WEILER Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, a Germany-based company that manufactures engine lathes, radial drilling machines, and machine tools. The acquisition will deepen the cooperation between WEILER and KUNZMANN in the areas of training projects and tool and mould construction.
Eisler family will keep WEILER and KUNZMANN inindependent. Upon completion Gerd Siebler and Andreas Kachel will remain in the company as CEOs and Dkfm. Klaus-PeterBischof will retain CFO’s position. All of 110 employees of KUNZMANN will be retained.
