and its shareholders in the sale of the company to Fiorini Industries S.r.l.. Fiorini Industries is an Italian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of hydronic products and components for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems, backed by MCP Private Equity, an Italian private equity firm.
The transaction aims to create an integrated player in the industry and strengthen its presence in Italy. Additionally, the new conglomerate is expected to explore opportunities to expand its footprint beyond the Italian market and into Europe.
