AZ Capital advised Telefónica, the Spanish multinational telecommunications company headquartered in Madrid, on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Govertis Advisory Services, S.L., the Spain-based largest advisory firm fully specialized in IT GRC and IRM, including IT compliance, Cyber Security and Integral Risk Management with presence in Peru and Ecuador.
The transaction will help Telefónica Tech to improve its product portfolio in the Cyber Security area, strengthening the area of cybersecurity consultancy services.
