Spica Technology is a Danish engineering company that develops specialized, complex components and custom systems to the wind industry. The company was established in 1997, is located in Silkeborg, Denmark, and employs 25 people. Ernströmgruppen is a Swedish industrial conglomerate comprising more than 50 companies. The group has net sales of approx. SEK 4.6b and an EBITDA of approx. SEK 625m.
