ATRIUM Partners acted a s financial advisor to Biogasclean, a Danish provider of leading solutions within biological methanation and desulfurization of biogas and CO2 with a track record comprising +340 plants in operation or under construction in +40 countries, in the sale to CycleØ, backed by Ara Partners. CycleØ is a pan-European biomethane platform that develops, builds, owns and operates renewable natural gas (RNG) projects across Europe and Latin America. The addition of Biogasclean’s leading experience and technologies completes the biomethane loop of CycleØ and will enable the company to provide efficient and fully circular solutions via its own sites as well as sales to other biomethane producers.
