ATRIUM Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Swire Energy Services in the acquisition of ALL NRG from VIA Equity

ALL NRG A/S is a leading provider of manpower services and project solutions including installation, commissioning & decommissioning support, blade inspection & repairs, and HV services to the energy industry. The company operates across wind markets in Europe and Asia and holds a leading position within offshore wind, having supported over 90% of the world’s offshore wind projects. ATRIUM Partners advised Swire Energy Services, a global provider of specialized services for the energy industry, on its acquisition of ALL NRG from VIA equity (Danish private equity firm).
