ATRIUM advised Alfred Priess in connection with the acquisition of Intego Shelters (equipment shelter activities) from the Intego group. Equipment shelters cover the segments for transformer stations, isolated and non-isolated shelters. The products are used in the power and water distribution infrastructure as well as in the transportation sector and are sold directly to utilities or to contractors. With the takeover of the activities within Intego Shelters, Alfred Priess is strengthening its market position and is now the clear number one in the Nordic market. At the same time Alfred Priess will realise significant synergies by consolidating its manufacturing.
