Altibox AS, a Norway-based company engaged in providing integrated communication infrastructure and services to domestic and commercial clients and a subsidiary of Lyse AS, the Norway-based company that produces and sells energy and telecommunication products, has acquired 50% stake Hello AS via a capital increase, for an undisclosed consideration.
With this acquisition Altibox will offer fiber broadband, television and mobile services in the Norwegian market.. Post acquisition, the other half of the shares of Hello will be owned by the founder and chairman of the company, Nadir Nalbant, CEO Thomas Sandakerveien and a group of small shareholders.
Hello is a fast growing Norwegian mobile telephony operator. The company reported revenues of NOK 80m (EUR 8.32m) in 2015.
