EXP Group is a Norway-based holding company that holds Plastilin AS, an investment firm that invests in start ups within the digital technology and communications sector and Nordic Impact AS, a Norway-based investment firm that invests in startups based around technology.
Varner Retail AS, a Norway-based company that owns and operates a chain of clothing and textile retail stores, has agreed to acquire an undisclosed stake in EXP Group AS, a Norway-based holding company that comprises of Plastilin AS and Nordic Impact AS, the Norway-based investment firms that invests in startups based around technology, for a consideration of NOK 150m (EUR 15.75m).
With this transaction, both companies will invest in and develop companies focusing on exponential technology with a mission to have positive impact on society.
