Compello AS is a Germany-based supplier of solutions for electronic data interchange and electronic invoice processing
DiCentral Inc., a Houston, Texas-based provider of business-to-business (B2B) supply chain integration and collaboration solutions, has acquired Germany-based Compello GmbH.

Strategic Rationale: Expands DiCentral’s network reach to now service clients in 35 countries and expands European footprint. The acquisition will enable to meet customer requirements and will enhance growth trajectory. It also enables DiCentral to strengthen its market presence.
Post Deal Details: Compello GmBH will be renamed as DiCentral GmbH, effective 01 December 2018. DiCentral will retain the management and personal of Compello GmBH. Compello Germany products and services will be rebranded under DiCentral. Andreas Waldbrenner will be appointed as managing director of DiCentral GmbH.
