Alpha Corporate Finance advised the Sola municipality in the sale of Sola Bredbånd, the leading local provider of fibre broadband infrastructure and co-location services, with some 98% homes passed in Sola municipality, to Infranode, a leading Nordic infrastructure investment group with AUM of about EUR 1.8 billion.
The consideration was NOKm 500 on EV basis (100%), NOKm 515 purchase price for 100% of shares outstanding.
