HRP is a leading Norwegian project management consulting company operating in the building and infrastructure sectors. The company offers its services to both public and private contracting clients. HRP has about 400 employees and covers key geographies in Norway. In 2020, the company reported revenues of about EUR 50m.
Alpha Corporate Finance advised HRP and its shareholders in the sale to Broviken, the Swedish investment company that invests in entrepreneurial and management driven companies in the business services sector. Broviken has in a relatively short time built a broad portfolio of companies and is also majority owner in Forsen – a Swedish company similar to HRP.
