As of today, Alpha formally joins Fearnley Securities.
For more than 18 years, Alpha has grown from a small challenger firm into Norway’s leading M&A boutique advising on more than 160 completed transactions and with a team of 19 professionals. This development has been built on dedication, quality, decency, long-term focus and a pride in the M&A advisory craftmanship.
The entire Alpha team now joins Fearnley Securities to form the core of what will be Norway’s largest dedicated M&A advisory department. As part of Fearnley Securities, all advisory activities will be organized within one unified Investment Banking Division at Fearnley Securities, leveraging the strengths, resources, and relationships of both firms. Existing mandates, relationships, and points of contact will continue without disruption.
Alpha Corporate Finance look forward to continuing to deliver the same high-quality and dedication in the years to come, now supported by a stronger and more global investment banking platform. From next week the combined team will be located in Bjørvika, Oslo.
