Copesco & Sefrisa is a Barcelona-based salmon and cod products company selling the brands Royal and Summumm. Angulas Aguinaga, S.A., backed by Pai Partners, has acquired Copesco and Sefrisa S.A. from the Daurella family.
The acquisition will allow Angulas Aguinaga to continue adding value to the consumer in the field of fishmongers. It will also expand its position in two categories such as salmon and cod.
