Revima Group is a French company specialized in the review, repair and maintenance of aeronautical equipment (MRO), mainly on landing gear and auxiliary power units (GAP). The Group targets commercial and military aviation, in France and internationally, and offers comprehensive maintenance solutions. The Group was previously owned by families and PE sponsors. Argos Wityu (former Argos Soditic) sold its controlling stake in Revima to Ardian, the independent private investment firm focused on the private equity and infrastructure asset classes.
