Weifa AS, the Norway-based pharmaceutical company headquartered in Oslo, is engaged in the research, development, production, distribution, and sales of medicines, lifestyle products, and solutions.
Weifa Holding AS, the Norway-based holding company headquartered in Oslo, is having interest in companies engaged in the research, development, production, distribution, and sales of medicines, lifestyle products, and solutions and is owned by the founder family and management of Weifa AS.
The acquisition will help Weifa to build a strong reputation of the company as a high quality and trustworthy supplier of non-prescription pharmaceutical products and high-end API products for the pharmaceutical industry. The acquisition will help Aqualis with substantial growth opportunities in the international API business and strong cash flow.
