SDM-Valorum has successfully realized the sale of Baalse Hei to the hotel group Corsendonk Hotels & Clubs from Turnhout. The Group, under the leadership of Dominique Nédée, already operates several hospitality assets in the Turnhout region including Priorij Corsendonk, Hotel Viane and De Linde.
Baalse Hei is a complementary addition to the group’s portfolio and the Group can thus offer a more complete range of accommodation.
470 spacious pitches spread over +30 ha, the campsite is known as an oasis of relaxation in the Turnhout region where guests can enjoy everything nature has to offer.
The Group plans to continue to operate and develop the campsite in a sustainable way.
