PubliGroupe SA is a Swiss-listed media company, providing on-line directories and other services. The transaction was structured as public all-cash takeover bid for all shares of PubliGroupe. The deal was executed by current Advior CM&S team members under the J. Safra Sarasin umbrella, prior to joining Advior International.
