SOPHARTY NV, a company specialized in the distribution of documents and small packages, takes over G4S Courier Solutions (Belgium) N.V.. From April 1 under the name DPXS SA. The strategy behind the acquisition is aimed at developing synergies between the two networks to a high quality, national day- and night network build and strengthen the market competitiveness.
DPXS SA will provide an operational structure include will consist of three sorting centers with more than 200 exchange points. Nothing changes for the employees of G4S Courier Solutions (Belgium) N.V.. These remain employed at DPXS SA.
